Street Dancer 3D director Remo D’Souza suffers heart attack

 46-year-old choreographer and director, Remo D’Souza suffered a heart attack on Friday afternoon. He is currently admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital.

Remo’s wife Lizelle D’Souza said that the doctors would be observing Remo for 24 hours before deciding if he is healthy enough to be discharged. She also mentioned, “It was a blockage. Doctors have done angiography. He is in the ICU. Please pray. Next 24 hours are very important.”

The ‘Street Dancer 3D’ director was visited at the hospital by one of his friends and actor of the movie, Salman Yusuff Khan, who was seen waiting with Lizelle to meet Remo.

His colleagues, Geeta Kapur, Terrence Lewis and Norah Fatehi also wished him a speedy recovery.

Geeta Kapur wrote, “Lots of love … abundance of prayers for your safe and speedy recovery my dearest darling Remo… chotte jaldi theek hoke phirse pareshaan karne ka mauka dena… love you … stay blessed and get well soon on behalf of not only me but all those also who love you but can’t reach you directly. Stay strong.” Whereas Terrence wrote, “And very soon we will be rolling on the floor just like the old times! They say a prayer in good faith, can move mountains! Say a special little prayer for my friend, Remo, tonight cause Love, Faith and Will are all we need! Bounce back brother kyunki bahut machane hai abhi.”

Nora Fatehi also posted an Instagram story for him that read, “Thank god you are recovering! You gave us a scare! Our prayers are with you and your family, sir! So glad to hear you are safe! Let’s stay positive please pray for the entire family.”

Remo was last seen judging a reality show, ‘India’s best Dancer’ and was currently working on his upcoming project, ‘Time to Dance’, for which the shootings were scheduled to begin soon.
