Apple Music is getting encouragement for lossless audio and this feature will be available to all existing subscribers. This feature will start from June, 2021.
The Vice President of Apple Music, Oliver Schusser passed a statement in front of the media, “Apple Music is making its biggest advancement ever in sound quality. Listening to a song in Dolby Atmos is like magic. The music comes from all around you and sounds incredible. Now we are bringing this truly innovative and immersive experience to our listeners with music from their favorite artists like J Balvin, Gustavo Dudamel, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Kacey Musgraves, The Weeknd, and so many more”.
With the support of Dolby Atmos Apple Music can play any song automatically. Dolby Atmos are supported in AirPods and beats headphones , speakers, etc. Basically, anything which has an H1 or W1 chip.
For the latest iPhone, iPad and MacBooks Apple Music will depend on the built in speaker to give the spatial audio experience.
Spatial audio ensures 3D effects on music. Apple stated,Dolby Atmos will add new songs or music constantly, it will also add a special playlist for listeners.
